This paper aims to investigate the main problems of the administrative organization of tourism in the light of the new public policies of the so-called smart city. In particular, after reviewing the most relevant issues related to environmental and energy issues related to landscape and territory, the work aims to relate the various types of tourism to the new technological opportunities and, for effect, the solutions of the broader world of the Internet of Things to the new organizational, administrative and procedural tools directed at fostering, on the level of public policies, that desirable legal and cultural paradigm shift necessary to transform our cities, whether small or large, into hospitable, safe, cutting-edge and sustainable tourist destinations. Keywords: Smart city, land governance, tourism, administrative organization of hospitality, good administration, artificial intelligence and the hydrosphere.
