TOURISM AND CLIMATE CHANGE IN ISLAND COUNTRIES form due to the condensation of vapor in the atmosphere and this in a specific quantity at a specific location. According to an article, precipitation is a temporal and spatial process linked to the microphysics of clouds(Sui, 2007)23. The author proposes a study on the effectiveness of precipitation based on the quantity of liquid and/or solid which descends from the sky. It is first necessary to present the advantages and interests of precipitation to then explain the decrease due to climate change. The contribution in precipitation brings advantages and disadvantages (if it is in too great quantity). Rainfall brings benefits to the Earth by nurturing its nature and presenting benefits to human and animal health. In normal and sufficient amounts, rainfall is a vital source for the existence of forests globally in general and nature reserves in particular. It is important to indicate that the rainy precipitation is an irreplaceable character of the very green equatorial zone in which the rain is a daily phenomenon with an average annual total of more than 1500 millimeters(Climate)24. The composition of rain makes it an element that renews the air that humans, nature and animals breathe. Snow is also a positive source of precipitation. Indirectly linked to the national identity of certain countries, snow is essential depending on the season. In particular cases, it has tourist advantages. In some countries, winter is not profitable for a ski season if there is not enough snow cover. A certain amount of snow is necessary to meet the demands of tourists who would come, at a specific time, for the practice of winter sports in general and skiing in particular. How does climate change affect the phenomenon of precipitation and what are the consequences of such a link? The phenomenon of climate change affects precipitation, but the impact exerted is not necessarily of the same degree depending on the type of precipitation. Rain is affected through extreme precipitation, while snow is affected through decrease. It should be remembered that greenhouse gases, emitted in large quantities due to human activities, generate ocean and atmospheric warming. This warming increases evaporation, transports moisture into the air and forms clouds. The key factor in global warming is greenhouse gases. An increase in the concentration of this indirectly means an increase in rainfall and therefore extreme rainfall.
