INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF TOURISM, TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY LAW France experienced a 24-hour rain equivalent to a 3-month rain. This caused the death of several people as well as damage to infrastructure. When greenhouse gas emissions increase, rainfall becomes extreme. An interactive map was created using computer software (ArcGIS Pro) to project up to 2050 precipitation forecasts at the global level with differences between geographical areas(Kadaba, 2018)25. In sub-Saharan Africa and Canada, precipitation is heading towards an increase. Even if some countries see a lower increase than others, this difference is enough to create considerable damage such as floods, hurricanes and other deadly consequences. This map shows that the phenomenon of extreme rain will prevail in the world and the majority of countries will experience an increase in extreme precipitation while others will experience drought. The term extreme or intense refers to rain that is not of a normal order and which would fall under an exceptional order It is a phenomenon that designates a rain of less duration than another with a greater quantity. Snow is an important part of the mountain system. A change in its amount, its duration of precipitation can have lasting effects on the level of the economy and the environment.
